Frontend Developer

Stockholm / Remote (Sweden)

Who we are

Coupleness has one mission: to make it easy and fun for couples to deepen their relationship. We are a small,  passionate team made up of four full-time employees, and a few consultants. We have strong skill sets in product, marketing, PR and scaling businesses. We work remotely but make sure to meet and have fun together frequently.

Things are moving fast at Coupleness. We went from beta to paying users in 9 months, our metrics are promising and we just closed our seed round. We are more excited than ever to fulfill our mission. There’s just one catch... we can’t do it without you!

What we do

People use all kinds of apps for wellness and to improve many aspects of our lives. Yet, there are few proactive ways to use technology to support healthy relationships. This is where Coupleness comes in. Our app is about connecting in your everyday life; taking a moment to reflect on how you feel, and then sharing this with your partner. You can see us as facilitating mini-dates in an otherwise busy life. With each input, you create a digital journal for your relationship. Right now our main market is Sweden. But we’re also open for business in the USA and the rest of the Nordics, with more markets soon to follow. Recently Apple featured us in “Apps we love right now.”

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced frontend developer who has experience with mobile apps, and who will continue to build great features for our users. We are looking for someone who loves to work in a small team, and likes to take responsibility over your product. Dream team

Coupleness is committed to bringing together people from different backgrounds and perspectives. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive, feel a sense of belonging, and do impactful work together. You will be part of an early stage start-up where we expect you to be driven and easily handle changes.

We’re problem-solvers, so instead of seeing failures, we see learning opportunities. Innovation is at the heart of everything we do (after all, we’re offering a new type of service, so this is what it’s all about). We share kicks and giggles with each other and we dream big.

We're an experienced team. Our CPO and co-founder Peter Viksten was the CPO of Lifesum scaling to millions of users. Our COO Ted Rosén joined Wrapp early on, and our CEO Jenny Holmström has received multiple awards for her work creating positive impacts for society. Our advisors and experts are industry leaders.

We will offer the right candidate a good amount of stock options on top of the salary.
